I give this place a five star based on all my needs were met. I also give it a 5 star because all though I do not discount every negative thing said about the place: I believe everyone is being honest. Casa Jimenez: I get the vibe. When you walk into these doors they are not promising you anything! Except food, drinks, a place to sit, and a salsa that burns like hell when going in and burns like the lake of fire coming out! There is absolutely nothing wrong with it. Every now and then we all need a humbling experience. I've been to third world countries and have eaten in worst places. So I am not easily phased... I felt like I was somewhere else then I walked out the doors to be brought back to reality: The High Desert... The quality reviews and honesty match the locations and establishments. As far as I am concerned my meal was hot and it arrived in a timely manner. The customer service was good, I was greeted with a smile and I am satisfied. Hair always ends up in my food so I embrace it. I am not upset. I asked for no sour cream, the waitress mentioned that she told the cook and he put it there anyway. She said "just don't eat it." I thought to myself "this cook just put his middle finger in the air- Like: take my sour cream foo, and smile" ... Cool. God Bless you all. I'm out. I am happy to be alive and grateful for the experience.
Good food great service. We got to sample several dishes and loved all of them would go back again.
